For Amateurs
Let's face it... all Sports Management Companies are in business to make money. It is certainly our hope that, at some point in your hockey career, you sign a Professional contract and choose to have Montera Sports Management represent you.
Where we’re different is that we understand that we have to spend money to make money. We invest significant time and dollars in each and every one of our Prospects, even though we know that only a small percentage will ever actually sign a professional contract. Our Key Differentiator is the Elite Player Development Program, which includes the Junior camp at the Montera Hockey Academy.
Obviously, since there is a significant cost to us providing these services, we are very selective about who can become a Montera Prospect. We will work with no more than 20 amateur hockey prospects in any one age category. If we have spoken to you or your parents, we truly believe that you have special talent and a real shot at playing professional hockey.
